The 403CMQ100 is a diode rectifier array specifically developed for applications with extremely high current requirements. It is a state of the art device with high efficiency, low forward voltage drop and extremely low jitter. The 403CMQ100 is fabricated using semiconductor materials that are optimally combined and combined with high voltage and/or low on-resistance characteristics to meet the needs of high voltage rectifiers for high frequency applications. The device has two sets of pins: the common and the path that are connected to the internal structure when using the device to achieve the desired voltage and current.

When using the 403CMQ100, the semiconductor materials used to make the device must be properly selected, as higher level chip specifications are usually required for applications with high currents. The internals of the device consist of four circuits, each composed of pairs of rectifying diodes. In addition, both forward and reverse conduction is possible with the 403CMQ100, allowing a level of control that is often needed in certain applications.
