Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) are unwanted signals which can interfere with the functioning of a number of systems, particularly if the interference is of a high enough power. In order to prevent these interferences, it is necessary to ensure that all system components have sufficient protection. 4094AB51K09600 is a specially designed contact, fingerstock and gasket device which is specifically designed to provide effective protection against both RFI and EMI.
The contact portion of the device consists of a conductive contact pin which is surrounded by an insapore-black dielectric material. The contact pin has an outer contact surface which is firmly held in place within the dielectric material. The contact pin is made of a high temperature, low pressure resistant material which is capable of withstanding very high temperatures during its operation. The internal structure of the contact pin has a contact spring which provides a secure, low-resistance connection between the contact pin and the main body of the device.
The fingerstock portion of the device consists of a highly conductive material which is pinned onto the outer surface of the contact pin.
