416F384X3ILT is a family of temperature compensated miniature crystal oscillators (TCXOs) designed especially for Telematics applications, the Automotive Industry, Navigation Applications and any other application needing high performance from miniature, affordable components. Its package size is only 4x4x0.84mm and its low power consumption and low profile makes it ideal for demanding applications. The 416F384X3ILT is designed for applications sensitive to extreme temperature variations, offering highly stable frequency over temperature up to 3253 ppm. Its operating temperature range is from -30°C to 85°C.

The 416F384X3ILT features excellent frequency stability with a smooth sinusoidal waveform output Over Temperature (OT) and supply voltage (FTV) variations. The frequency stability of the device is ensured by the controlled crystal cut and well-designed crystal oscillator resonator characteristics. The crystal cut provides frequency stability over the full operating temperature range, while the special crystal oscillator design ensures frequency accuracy over multiple environmental parameters.
