42-11139 Cable Assemblies

The inner conductors are shielded, with an inner shield around the group of conductors and an outer shield surrounding the inner shield, and a drain wire connecting the two shields. The connectors are designed to provide direct and secure contact between the conductor and the mating terminal. This eliminates the need for a traditional solder connection.

The 42-11139 is designed to meet harsh operational conditions, and as stated earlier, is fit for military, aerospace, and other hostile applications. The assembly has a maximum operating temperature of up to +200°C and a pressure rating up to 6MPa. It is also designed to withstand a wide range of EMI and shielding applications.
