In pulse and logic circuit applications, these oscillators are capable of providing accurate timing signals in both static and dynamic circuits. Lastly, in medical equipment, these oscillators enable the reliable control of timing functions in various types of equipment. The 510NAB-BAAG series consists of semiconductor integrated circuit (IC) oscillators, which are available in 10 different package sizes. These oscillators feature a wide range of operating frequencies, from 1 kHz up to 145.500 MHz. The oscillators are made of CMOS, silicon-germanium, and gallium arsenide materials, providing a robust and reliable solution. Each oscillator includes a built-in trim capacitor and an external compensation network, enabling users to adjust the oscillator frequency. An on-board sense amplifier provides precision control of the trim capacitor, easy adjustment, and 45ppm accuracy.The 510NAB-BAAG series of programmable oscillators feature low-power operation with up to 0.8mA current consumption. The devices provide excellent noise immunity, featuring both CMOS and TTL compatible outputs, and are also EMI and ESD compliant. The oscillators feature a wide range of temperature stability, with ±25ppm from -20 to 85 degrees C and ±50ppm from -55 to 125 degrees C. Each unit is tested for radiation hardness.The 510NAB-BAAG series of programmable oscillators offer customers the flexibility and accuracy they need for various applications and are a reliable and robust solution.
