The 511HAB-BAAG is a programmable oscillator that takes advantage of an innovative design approach to produce a low-cost, high-performance oscillator with a wide range of applications across many industries.

The 511HAB-BAAG programmable oscillator provides a versatile and reliable solution for applications requiring accurate and stable frequency output. It is especially well-suited for applications such as Frequency Synthesis and Modulation. The device has a frequency range of 0.5 to 1 MHz, and employs a low-power charge-pump divider and a fractional-N synthesizer. The programmable oscillator operates with a single +3.3V supply, and offers both Adjustable Frequency Output and Multi-Frequency Output, to meet individual system requirements.

The 511HAB-BAAG programmable oscillator utilizes an advanced and optimized design to deliver reliable functionality and excellent performance. The oscillator is temperature-compensated and operates across the full military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device has a very low phase noise of -160 dBc/Hz typical, and a very low jitter of 0.5 ps typ at 156.25 MHz.

The device incorporates a wide variety of features and functions including synthesizer control, frequency and phase modulation, prescaler, ring frequency detection and input clock/data rejection. Additionally, the programmable oscillator can be configured for limited operating conditions, such as operating temperature, input voltage, output voltage, power down, and more. These features support system-level stability and provide improved accuracy and reliability.

The 511HAB-BAAG programmable oscillator is designed for a variety of applications in data communication, navigation systems, secure communication, and embedded system.
