This series of oscillators contains both TTL and CMOS outputs and covers frequencies, power and output logic levels most commonly used in many markets.The major benefits of using 520T20DA38M4000 oscillators include high performance, wide operating temperature range and frequency range stability. This series of oscillators have spread spectrum properties that are enabled by modifying the frequency over a wide modulation range.
