The 533CC000230DG Oscillators are a kind of pin configurable/selectable oscillators that utilizes a set of pin configuration to provide a flexible solution for frequency, output type and center frequency selection. The general working principle of this type of oscillator is as follows:

The oscillation is generally generated either by an LC or crystal type resonator and a feedback circuit. This oscillation can remain as an open loop circuit as one type of configuration or by having an amplifier in the feedback loop, the oscillator can be closed loop in other cases. With the pin configuration, selected bits control the output type and center frequency, while other bits may select different electronic components to generate the desired frequency of oscillation.
