Working Principle

The motor controller uses a closed loop position/speed control technique to provide precise control of the motor. The control strategy utilizes current sensing, speed measurement, position estimation and trajectory planning algorithms to provide precise control of the motor. In the current sensing control algorithm, the motor’s current is used to adjust the flux linkage of the motor to provide precise control. The current sensing algorithm senses the motor current and adjusts the flux linkage to ensure optimum torque control. The speed measurement control algorithm uses the speed measurement signals from the motor to adjust the output current of the motor and provide speed control. The speed measurement algorithm measures the speed of the motor and adjusts the output current to maintain the desired speed.The position estimation control algorithm uses the position measurement signals from the motor to adjust the output current of the motor and provide position control. The position estimation algorithm estimates the position of the motor and adjusts the output current to maintain the desired position.The trajectory planning control algorithm uses the trajectory planning signals from the motor to adjust the output current of the motor and provide trajectory planning. The trajectory planning algorithm plans the trajectory of the motor and adjusts the output current to maintain the desired trajectory.Finally, the motor controller uses a variety of control strategies to optimize the motor performance and ensure high performance. It uses a combination of current sensing, speed measurement, position estimation and trajectory planning algorithms to provide precise control of the motor.
