The Hybrid Architecture provides an innovative and cost-effective means of providing high frequency oscillations. It uses a ring oscillator with integrated logic to provide an output from the 50MHz to 350MHz range. The 570BLF utilizes the Vernier Tuning mechanism to provide precise frequency control and allows for custom frequency settings from 0.5 to 350MHz. The hybrid architecture also provides low power consumption, low jitter, and very low phase noise.

Switching Frequency Divider (SFD) Architecture

The SFD architecture of the 570BLF is comprised of two main functional blocks, the controllable oscillator and the frequency divider. The controllable oscillator consists of a Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) and a Charge Pump.
