In differential mode, the input range is limited to -2.7V to +2.7V.Upon power up, the ADS59523001RA will automatically go into calibration mode, which ensures that each of the four A/D converters is accurately aligned and producing minimal distortion in the final data output. Once the calibration is complete, the device starts to sample one input channel at a time at 500kSPS. Once a channel is sampled, the output from the sample-and-hold circuit is latched and a 12-bit digital code is generated. This process is repeated for each channel until all four channels have been sampled.
