6061211110F is a panel indicator and pilot light, designed with a high performance LED and plastic housing, is applicable to most kinds of Machine tools, packing and other control operating cabinets, to indicate the operation state of the controlled process.

The panel indicator is composed of a LED light source, lens and optical chamber which are all protected by a plastic enclosure. Inside the panel, the light source is connected to the electrical panel by a wiring harness.The overall size is 20 mm L x 14.5 mm H x 14.5 mm W, with a 250,000 hrs working life span. The housing material is made of special reinforced polycarbonate UL94V-2 which could mostly fit in kinds of control panels while maintaining a level of dust, humidity and impact resistance. The benefits of this enclosure could increase the product\'s lifetime and reduce dust problems.

The working principle is simple. To control it, the external electrical panel provides power to the panel indicator. When electricity is applied, the LED emits light of a certain color to signal ON state of the process. When the electricity is off, the indicator light is off as well.

By design, particular attention has been taken to the lead mechanism. The external panel has a catch pin which locks the indicator panel firmly into a panel cutout. The color indicator is IP65 graded with four different colors available: Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue.
