The 625L3C050M00000 oscillator works by using a full-bridge architecture in order to accept a DC input voltage and produce an AC output voltage at a fixed frequency. The output is determined by the configuration of the four transistors of the full bridge: two N-channel FETs and two P-channel FETs. When the bridge is driven by a DC voltage, both N-channel and P-channel FETs draw current, and the average voltage across the transistors is equal to the applied signal. This is repeated at a high frequency, thus producing a sinusoidal waveform.
