Working principle
The 637E17336A3T oscillator works on the principle of frequency control by phase-locked loop (PLL). A loop filter at the output of the PLL is used to maintain a stable frequency of oscillation. The loop filter is tuned as an open loop and is capable of providing frequency control of 0.01%/V in the frequency band of interest. The bandwidth of the loop filter is set by the optional density of a digital control loop, allowing for precise and reliable frequency control.
A temperature compensation network is embedded in the oscillator to maintain stability over a wide range of temperatures. The temperature compensation network is designed to maintain oscillator frequency stability and minimize drift of the oscillator frequency over a wide range of temperatures.
