The 65022-002 is a compact four channel digital to analog converter (DAC). It is a versatile DAC offering features such as high resolution, flexible communications over four channels, and a high data rate capability. The application field for this DAC includes audio, telecommunications, and measurement applications. The 65022-002 DAC has the ability to accept four channels of digital codes from the CPU and transfer them into analog voltage signals. It provides 12 bits of resolution per channel, allowing for a wide range of applications. Additionally, it includes a flexible communications interface that allows for easy access to the DAC’s functions. This interface utilizes interleaved communications to allow data to be transmitted simultaneously over the four channels.The DAC’s output is accurate to within 0.4% of the specified value and is stable over temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. It also features an internal voltage reference that can be adjusted to provide accurate voltage output across different input codes.The 65022-002 DAC offers a high data rate capability that allows it to handle fast changing data.
