Working Principle of 7014S12JG Memory
The working principle of 7014S12JG memory is mainly based on tunneling technology. This technology utilizes a thin tunnel in the thin film layer structure, and applies a bias voltage to the thin film layer. The electric pulse of the bias voltage passes through the thin film layer to cause the electrons to form an electron tunneling effect. Through this process, the electrons are able to migrate between the two separated semiconductor layers, resulting in the ability to read and write information.
The device has a high speed random reading capability, and is able to store 1Mb/s memory of compressed video data,with a memory capacity of up to 64GB. Besides, it also has a low voltage operation, with a minimum voltage of 3.2V, which not only can save power consumption, but also make it have high performance.
