The 74ABT241CMTC is an 8-bit transceiver designed for both bus-oriented low power and high-speed applications. It has three-state output buffers which enable the tranciever to be used as either input or output line drivers. This device is suitable for wide variety of applications like transmitting/receiving data between a low power system and a high-speed system. It is also used to design logic gates, multiplexers and flip flops. It offers very fast propagation delay by using optimized circuit design with drain current limiting.
The 74ABT241CMTC is a low-power, multi-channel transceiver. It is a monolithic IC with a built-in level shifter. The on-chip input buffer and output buffer are used to drive the external buffers. The transceiver has a logic voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V and is able to operate at supply voltage ranging from 1.2V to 3.6V.
