Working Principle

The 74ABT244CPC is similar to other IC buffer/drivers that use a clocked latch architecture. The chip is powered by two standard power supply rails, a supply voltage range of 2.3V - 3.6V, and an LVTTL compatible control voltage range of 1.4V - 2.4V.
