The 74AUP1G09SC-7 is a SCHOTTKY logic level gate, primarily used for logic inverting applications. This logic gate is composed of a DIN-type N-channel MOSFET, integrated with an Schottky diode to form a bidirectional SCR structure. In addition to its broad range of low-power Schottky transistors, these SCR gates offer logical control of the SCR gates to improve threshold level precision and dynamic range.

Although general-purpose logic gates are available with a variety of structures, the 74AUP1G09SC-7 achieved high efficiency and zero effect on logic threshold voltage levels by the optimized Schottky duration and threshold of the N-channel MOSFET. As a result, this device provides a high-performance, low-power solution for a wide range of logic applications.
