The 74FCT573CTQG8 latch has an 8-bit register latch, which holds data obtained from an 8-bit parallel bus when the rising edge of the input clock is used as the trigger. It allows the data to be shifted out one bit at a time in a serial form by using the parallel-in/ serial-out feature of the latch.
