Conversely, when A1 and A0 are both pulled low, the output channel S1 will respond to input D1. When input A1 is high and A0 is low, the output will be driven by input D2 and when both inputs A1 and A0 are high, the output channels will be driven by input D3.Using the active low configuration of the select lines, this device can be used to switch between multiple logic signals or can be used as a conventional decoder to decode the input signals of an ROM.
