The 74LCX760SJX is a Low Voltage Low Power Quad Buffer/Driver with 25/3.3V typical VCC power supply. It is used for translating the voltage levels of digital data signals from 5.0V to 3.3V and vice-versa. The 74LCX760SJX is a high-performance, low power chip that can be used in various digital systems applications.

The 74LCX760SJX can be used when there is a need for buffering input signals and driving them. It is used in microcontrollers, radio receivers, personal computers, and various electronic boards. Working Principle:
This buffer/driver comprises of four buffer/drivers the output enable pins control the output data of each buffer/driver (IN1 to OUT1, IN2 to OUT2, IN3 to OUT3, and IN4 to OUT4). The output enable pins can be driven by logic high (1) or logic low (0). When the output enable pins are driven by logic high (1), data will be passed from the associated input to its corresponding output, and when driven by logic low (0) the output will be in the high impedance state and no data will be passed from the associated input to its corresponding output.
The 74LCX760SJX can also be used to drive multiple outputs from a single source. For this purpose, the output enable pins can be connected together using the common enable register (OE1 and OE2) that control all four buffer/drivers. When the common enable is logic high (1) data will be transferred from the associated input to all of the outputs and when logic low (0) all of the outputs will be in the high impedance state.
The 74LCX760SJX has ESD protection circuits built in which provides a level of protection against electrostatic discharge that may cause damage to the chip.
