The device is a dual 4-input NAND gate with two separate outputs, and provides a very wide range of logic functions. In addition to the two separate NAND outputs, the product also provides two buffered OR outputs, two buffered NOR outputs, two buffered UNBUFFERED NOR outputs, and two open-drain outputs in the same device. It can be used in many applications where a multi-function, configurable device is desirable to save space and reduce the number of required inputs and outputs.The 74LVC1G3208DBVTG4 is designed to provide high-speed logic operations with a maximum propagation delay of 8ns and a maximum gate delay of 5ns. The device is manufactured using an advanced CMOS process which provides high-power dissipation and low-power consumption. It is rated to operate over an extended temperature range of -55C to +125C, making it suitable for temperature-sensitive applications.The operating voltage of the 74LVC1G3208DBVTG4 ranges from 2.0V to 3.6V, with a maximum supply current of 5mA. It is ESD protected up to 6kV to minimise the risks of ESD damage.
