Manufactured in low-voltage silicon gate CMOS technology, this device is characterized by a wide supply voltage range and high noise immunity. The 74LVX240SJ provides the user with 4 non-inverting buffers designed for driving loads at 20 mA.The 74LVX240SJ is suitable for both 3.3V and 5V operation and is designed to operate over the full supply voltage range of 2V to 3.6V and 4V to 5.5V respectively. This device can be used as a buffer between a 3.3V source and a 5V load, and vice versa.
