Working Principle

When the two pins are mated, firstly, the pin at the socket end is pushed into the contact hole of the terminal contact of the socket shell and the metal base of the pin is elastically deformed. Secondly, the contact tongue sleeve of the terminal contact is provided by the spring force, and the contact pins at the mating end are pushed into the contact hole of the contact tongue, and the metal base of the contact pins are elastically deformed under the power generated by the spring force. Finally, a solid electrical connection was formed between the two pins.
