Aluminum - polymer capacitors are mainly composed by aluminum foil, non-woven, film and special liquid. The aluminum foil combined with special liquid polymer form the anode electrode, while, the back coated non-woven is the cathode electrode. The non- woven compounded with special dielectric film is inserted in between the aluminum foil layers, forming the dielectric layer. This combination of special materials is encapsulated in a special housing, creating the Aluminum - polymer capacitor.

80SXV47M is a Grade A-high accuracy Aluminum - polymers capacitor. It stands up to extreme temperature environments, capable of performing in temperatures between -40°C to 85°C and carries an operating voltage range of 4.7 VDC. The capacitance range is between 0.47 uF to 1.0 uF. This capacitor has a better energy storage than the ones currently available in the market. It is also a superior quality capacitor with good heat resistance, low ESR, good interference protection and extended life span duration.

This capacitors are mainly used in a various of applications like motor drives, solar inverters and instrumentation. In motor drives this capacitors are used for suppressing speed fluctuation of the motor to ensure smooth and stable operation and it helps to increase the torque generated by the motor.
