Working Principle

810KMCQ has a housing-mounted switch with three contact blocks in parallel, each with a pair of stationary contacts and a movable roller contact. The switch operates in one of two modes depending on the configuration of the contacts, "single-pole" or "multiple-pole", depending on the required application. In single-pole mode, the switch is wired in series with a load and only one pair of contacts are used, while in multiple-pole mode, multiple contacts are wired in parallel to the load and the switch can control multiple circuits.

As the actuating button is pushed, the roller contact moves along the stationary contacts. When the roller contact reaches the center of the stationary contacts, the surface area of contact is considered maximum, allowing maximum current flow and creating a closed circuit. Conversely, when the actuating button is released, the roller contact retracts and the area of contact is reduced, breaking the circuit.

810KMCQ has a wide range of operating temperature ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, and can carry a maximum current of 5A (at 24V DC). It also has a variety of different configurations, providing great flexibility for system designers.
