8414G Application Field

8414G Working Principle
The 8414G DC fan utilizes the principle of radial ventilation for its operation. In this type of fan, the fan is driven by a dual voltage motor, either 12V DC or 24V DC. The motor turns a series of fan blades which generate a centrifugal force. This force then creates a high-pressure zone near the axis of rotation and a low-pressure zone away from the axis of rotation. This difference in the pressure gradient causes an air movement through the fan, thus cooling the surrounding area.
In addition to the radial ventilation principle, the 8414G DC fan also utilizes an internal High Torque (HT) motor for enhanced efficiency. It is composed of a stator and an armature, which are connected by two insulated wires in a continuous loop. The stator is composed of copper coils wound on a steel frame, while the armature consists of copper coils wound on a laminated core. The two components are connected to a single DC power supply, which supplies the necessary voltage for the operation of the fan.
The High Torque motor of the 8414G DC fan operates by producing a rotating magnetic field that interacts with the magnetic field of the armature. This process generates a torque that causes the armature to spin, thus allowing the fan blades to rotate at a speed commensurate with the input voltage.
