Working Principle

The 86805-024LF is a two-piece connector, with one contact in the middle and two contact housings at the ends. The contacts are arranged in a profile which has two setups: staggered and parallel. In the staggered profile, the contacts are arranged in alternate offset positions, which ensures an even distribution of contact force and prevents contact bridging. In the parallel profile, contacts are arranged on both sides of the connector to create advanced high-power connections and meet the requirements of higher voltage and current ratings.
