8D013M26PD-LC is an integrated surface mount single channel optocoupler from Avago Technologies. This optocoupler device is made using an infrared emitting diode, optically coupled to an NPN Silicon phototransistor. The device measures only 2.6mm x 1.3mm placing it among the very smallest optocouplers. 8D013M26PD-LC is designed for optically isolating low current digital and analog signals used in consumer, industrial and automotive applications.
