where E is the generated voltage; K is the proportionality constant; B is the magnetic flux density;  ∆s/∆t is the speed at which the conductor cuts the magnetic line. After the induced voltage is generated by the coil, it is then amplified and rectified in order to detect the size of the conducted current.
