The terminals are self-stripping, eliminating the need to strip cable insulation manually before installation. The contacts are made of nickel-plated copper with a temperature curable insulation material, suitable for a wide range of cable sizes.The contacts offer low contact resistance, high contact force and vibration proof contact stability, making them very reliable and suitable for high power applications.The terminal blocks feature a unique insert locking mechanism, which ensures the cables are securely attached and locked in place, thus avoiding any accidental disconnections. The terminal blocks also feature a side-pluggable design, enabling quick and easy installation and removal. The working principle of the A30350804 terminal block is quite simple. The contact fingers are connected to the contact pad. These fingers can be positioned in any direction by manually adjusting the locking mechanism. A stainless steel spring is used to place the finger in the contact pad. The contact pads create an electromechanical connection between the contacts.
