A4992KLPTR-T is a four-channel DMOS full-bridge driver suitable for high-performance, medium- to high-power applications such as motor control, lighting, and DC-to-DC conversion. As a Power Management IC (PMIC) motor driver, controller, it can drive up to 500mA per output in a small SoC package. This makes it ideal for both cost-sensitive and compact applications such as cellular handsets and PDAs.

The A4992KLPTR-T integrates two independent full-bridge drivers with four inputs and two outputs. Each output can drive up to 500mA, capable of sustaining a peak output current of 1A with low on-resistance of 23 mΩ. Four bi-directional inputs allow control of the two full-bridge outputs.
