A5933GEJTR-T can be used as an MD for controlling bidirectional and unidirectional motors. It is designed for continuous current and power applications, handling up to 550mA of continuous current for driving unidirectional motors.

A5933GEJTR-T is integrated with a two-phase bipolar motor driver which provides a full-bridge motor control circuit. It is sealed in a tiny 4x4x0.75 mm multi-order package with straight-through leads and designated 4mm screws.

Working Principle of A5933GEJTR-T
