The ACPL-5631L-300 optocoupler is a member of the family of optoisolators high-speed logic output. It features an effective, high-isolation barrier between input and output and provides current transfer ratio (CTR) of 300% and a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of more than 100 kV/μs.

The ACPL-5631L-300 utilizes a 6-pin dual-in-line (DIP) or surface-mount (SMD) package with an integrated optical coupler and an active output circuit. The optocoupler implements phototransistor coupled with bipolar transistor. Phototransistor is an assembly which contains an infrared LED optically coupled with a photo NPN transistor.
