ACPL-772L-500E is Acmpower\'s optically isolated logic output terminal. It is the perfect combination of all the features needed to make a comprehensive optically isolated I/O solution. The device is designed to have a flat response at 500 Hz frequency. This feature enables it to respond accurately to a wide variety of loads including low current LEDs or bipolar transistors.
This device is an 800 mA low-level drive to a low-voltage logic output. The ALED technology (Active LED) reduces power consumption while providing speed improvements in comparison to the traditional optocouplers. Moreover, this product offers very high-speed switching and low-level drive capability without compromising accuracy or reliability. It also can withstand high EMI levels without causing data errors.
In terms of the working principles, ACPL-772L-500E is based on an optically-isolated structure. It has external optical cells which provide a direct electrical connection between the logic input and output. This optically-isolated structure offers improved reliability and improved noise immunity, and it also has excellent temperature stability and low power consumption.
