The ACPL-847-06GE Optoisolator - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output is a complete isolation package providing a bilateral electrical isolation interface for digital and logic circuits. This device uses an infrared emitting diode (IRED) and a NPN photo-transistor detector to provide a high-speed, low power output interface.
