It is an advanced series of precision, dual-polarity, linearized and temperature-coefficient-corrected references, produced using advanced Bipolar CMOS and integrated circuit (BICMOS) technology. It offers a wide range of reference voltages, from ±2.5V to ±20V, and provides excellent accuracy and stability making it suitable for many applications.This device is ideally suited for a variety of voltage reference applications and can be used in situations where a stable and consistent power source is required for reliable system operation, such as computer systems, telecommunications, medical, automotive and industrial control systems.
