The AD5315BRMZ is a precision, low power, 9-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) that operates off a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The device has outstanding ac performance with 1 MHz bandwidth and THD of 0.015%.
The AD5315BRMZ offers a selectable output range option of either 0 V to 2.5 V or 0 V to 5 V. The AD5315BRMZ also offers a versatile set of features including two-wire compatible serial data interface, automatic power-down management, bipolar reference input range from 0 V to 5 V, and excellent temperature characteristics.
The AD5315BRMZ features a high-resolution 9-bit voltage output over a specified ±2.0 LSB error of linearity, an SOIC-16 package, a convenient 2-wire serial interface, and a wide range of power supply rejection over its full operating temperature range. It provides automatic power shutdown and consumes only 600 μA of supply current when disabled. The AD5315BRMZ also provides a differential, adjustable reference input of 0 V to 5 V and is ideal for dividing a wide reference range such as 5 V or ±5 V.
