AD581SH is a monolithic IC designed for use as a precise voltage reference or as the active element in a precision voltage regulator circuit. It is a PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) Voltage Reference and is available in several different temperature coefficient grades. In terms of application fields, this IC can be commonly used in a wide range of electronic applications, from precision industrial and communications equipment to environmental control systems.

The AD581SH is designed with a very low temperature coefficient and is capable of producing a 10.0V ±0.5V reference with a temperature coefficient of 100ppm/°C maximum over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
