The AD7863ARSZ-10 is a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with an single-ended input, an input range of 0V to 2.85V, and an 625-kHz sample rate. The device has an on-chip sample-and-hold amplifier which provides sampling and conversion at an internal clock rate of 250 kHz. The conversion results are expressed in 12-bit twos complement digital format. The AD7863ARSZ-10 is equipped with an Internal Reference generator and 8 selectable gain stages (for a maximum gain of 128) allowing for both single-ended and differential input signals. The internal voltage reference source and multiplexed serial bus for data input and output helps reduce the external component count and system size.
