The AD8146ACPZ-RL is an integrated video amplifier module manufactured using Analog Devices\' complementary bipolar I/C process. It is particularly well suited for RGB and other line drivers, video scalers and other video switch drivers where its low power, high speed and good common mode performance is required. It contains upper and lower video amplifiers, the lower amplifier has a controlled slew rate, which produces a very low common mode feedforward, enabling outstanding common mode performance across a wide frequency range. The module is provided in a TSSOP-14 package, and as such is ideal for applications where board space is at a premium.

The AD8146ACPZ-RL has two input channels, one for the upper video mute (VinU) and one for the lower video mute (VinL). It has three outputs channels, one for the upper signal (VxU) and one for the lower signal (VxL) and one for the control signal (Vctrl). The control signal is used to adjust the slew rate and common mode performance of the amplifier.

The working principle of the AD8146ACPZ-RL is relatively simple. The video mute and control signals are fed into the upper and lower video amplifiers, respectively.
