The AD817ANZ is a versatile, single-supply, low-power operational amplifier (OP amp). It is a member of the AD817AN series of monolithic low-power OP amps, which includes a wide range of amplifiers from single-channel, single-supply, single op amps to dual-channel, dual-supply, dual op amps. The AD817ANZ is well suited for a wide range of applications which require low power consumption and low input bias current. It is particularly well-suited for use in instrumentation, linear and buffer amplifiers.

The AD817ANZ has an output voltage range of +/-5V, a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V, a minimum input voltage of 1V and a minimum supply voltage of 0.9V. It has a low input bias current of 0.1pA and a low offset voltage of 0.3mV. The amplifier also features Rail to Rail inputs and outputs and has a very low quiescent current of only 2.5uA.
