The AD8602DR-REEL is a linear amplifier specifically designed for the instrumentation, operational (Op) amplifiers and buffer amplifier application fields. It is a versatile device with excellent AC and DC performance and can operate over a wide bandwidth, making it ideal for multiple applications. It features two amplifier stages: a low-cost gain stage and a gain stage offering high-precision performance, allowing even small signals to be amplified accurately.The AD8602DR-REEL amplifier consists of a differential amplifier stage, biased in Class A. It has an effectively infinite common-mode range, providing a very low output-impedance and input-impedance. The amplifier can be configured for rail-to-rail operation, meaning both the supply voltage and signal swings can extend to the supply rails, resulting in a reduced dynamic range for the signal swing. The signal swing is normally limited by the input/output signal range, quiescent current and power-supply voltage range.The amplifier also has low open-loop gain and input offset voltages, making it ideal for applications requiring high accuracy and stability. Additionally, the wide bandwidth and excellent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) make the amplifier suitable for use in precision signal processing applications and low-noise measurements.The AD8602DR-REEL amplifier features a two-stage voltage gain with an output impedance of 250 ohms. It also features low input-offset voltages of 0.01mV and high-input impedances. The gain stages offer a frequency response of up to 5MHz, allowing the device to be used in high-frequency applications, such as audio and video applications, as well as low-frequency digital signal processing (DSP) applications.The device also includes a low-power shutdown feature that helps to reduce power consumption when the amplifier is not required. The amplifier has a low-input bias current of 20pA, which helps to ensure that the amplifier is not affected by external signals.In addition to the amplifier, the AD8602DR-REEL includes a built-in reference voltage source. This voltage source provides excellent temperature coefficient performance and can be used to bias the second stage of the amplifier for high-accuracy measurements.
