The AD9958/PCBZ is a versatile evaluation and demonstration board and kit designed for use in real-world applications. It allows users to develop, test, and evaluate their system designs under a wide variety of conditions and environments. It can also be used as a reference board to help evaluate other evaluation and demonstration board designs for potential implementation. The AD9958/PCBZ supports high-end features while providing a modular, flexible platform to quickly prototype and evaluate complex system designs.The AD9958/PCBZ features an integrated 100-MHz, 2-channel, 16-bit DAC with an adjustable pseudo-random noise generator. This allows users to simulate a wide range of real-world applications including test and measurement systems, communications systems, biomedical systems, RFID systems, and embedded control systems. The AD9958/PCBZ also features two 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 CPUs and an integrated FPGA for configuring and expanding the system.The working principle of the AD9958/PCBZ evaluation and demonstration board and kit is based on the concept of low-level approaches to high-level solutions. It provides users with the ability to configure and custom design system architectures while allowing users to simulate and evaluate their system designs in real-world scenarios. The low-level characteristics of the AD9958/PCBZ allow users to quickly develop and debug their application while still providing a high-level solution for more complex applications.The AD9958/PCBZ also contains an integrated high-speed CAN transceiver and A/D converter, which can be used to evaluate various system designs under various environmental conditions. The CAN transceiver is capable of data throughput rates of up to 1 Mbit/s, which makes it suitable for monitoring and controlling a variety of analog and digital components. The A/D converter can also be used to interface with a wide variety of sensors to gather data or monitor environmental conditions.Furthermore, the AD9958/PCBZ offers a “Bring-Your-Own-Design” mode, which allows users to customize the system to their specific application. The user can use the FPGA to configure the system, or modify the existing code as needed.
