ADC12DL065EVAL evaluation boards are equipped with Analog-to-Digital-Converters (ADCs). It provides a cost effective development platform to quickly evaluate the performance of 12-bit and 14-bit low power ADCs. All features of the device, including low power and high accuracy, can be easily tested and observed.The ADCs are widely used for high data rate acquisition and conversion. Its applications can be found in many fields, including automotive control, industrial control, medical and other areas. By transferring various analog input signals into digital values, the ADC helps to control and manage data flow accurately. The ADCs chip used in the ADC12DL065EVAL evaluation board is capable of sampling the analog input signal at a rate of 2.5 Msps (12-bit) and 1.25 Msps (14-bit). With the programmable gain amplifiers (PGA) embedded in the chip, it supports up to 4 differential input channels, and provides an excellent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 73 dB across multiple frequency ranges from DC to 100 kHz. The working principle of the ADC12DL065EVAL evaluation board is simple. To sample the analog signal, the system first connects the input signal to the input of the ADC12DL065 chip. Then, it converts the analog signal into a digital value and writes it to a buffer. After the conversion is done, the buffer will contain all the different digital values from the analog signal. The output of the buffer is then connected to a monitor to display the results of the conversion.The ADC12DL065EVAL evaluation board consists of several components, such as input connectors, power connectors, reference voltage, ground points, and the ADC12DL065 chip.
