The ADF9010BCPZ-RL7 is an advanced RF front-end solution that combines a low noise amplifier (LNA) and a power amplifier (PA) to enable radio transmissions in modern applications. It supports up to 60 GHz of frequency range – which is ideal for high performance signals intelligence (SIGINT) systems and point-to-point communications. The device also features a wideband digital IF interface protocol for easy integration into digital systems. This makes it an ideal solution for modern radio architectures such as multistage multiple-in, multiple-out (MIMO) or multi-beam antennas.The ADF9010BCPZ-RL7 is designed to operate in the L-Band frequency range, between 1 MHz and 18 GHz. Its LNA has a noise figure of 6.2 dB with a gain of 19.8 dB. The PA has a power gain of 17.4 dB and a 3rd order intermodulation (IMD) rejection of 50 dB. The high linear gain of the PA enables transmission power levels of up to +29 dBm for maximum range and coverage.The ADF9010BCPZ-RL7 provides excellent performance over the full operating temperature range of -40 to +95°C. It is also optimized for low power consumption, ensuring extended battery life in portable and remote sensing applications. To further reduce system size and complexity, the device integrates a wideband intermediate frequency (IF) interface protocol that provides digital communication between RF subsystems.
