The ADM1021AARQ-REEL7 is a high-performance, multi-channel, digital controller for thermal management applications for automotive and industrial electronics. Its features include: 8-channel temperature monitoring, 8-channel temperature control, 5-channel fan control, an alarm output to indicate over-temperature conditions, an I2C and SMBus-compatible bus interface and an integrated fan speed controller.

The ADM1021AARQ-REEL7 provides thermistor-based temperature measurement and temperature control. Each channel has 8 programmable temperature thresholds, which can be used to program temperature hysteresis, temperature hysteresis, and temperature offset. The ADM1021AARQ-REEL7 also supports PWM-based fan control on 5 of the channels. The fan speed can be programmed to respond to changes in temperature.

The ADM1021AARQ-REEL7 can be used for thermal management in industrial and automotive electronic systems.
