The ADM809LAKS-REEL7 is a supervisor and reset IC designed to monitor multiple power rails and provide a buffered reset signal for applications utilizing low-power modes and where orderly power-up and power-down is required. It is able to detect continuously low and high power supply levels and provide an output signal as an indication of power supply status or to initiate a system reset. ADM809LAKS-REEL7 has been developed to monitor a wide variety of voltage levels from 1.8 V to 6.5 V, and is ideal for use in low-power applications, such as portable electronics and power-sensitive systems.

The ADM809LAKS-REEL7 supervisor and reset IC uses a Precision Chip-Enable circuit to provide accurate reset, undervoltage, and overvoltage detection down to 1 µV. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it is suitable for a wide range of applications. The device also has an integrated Analogue Comparator, which is used to monitor external voltage levels.
