The ADP1883ARMZ-0.6-R7 provides two operating modes: the Fixed Frequency P-Channel Power MOSFET (PFM) mode, which is suitable for use with low-cost To-220 MOSFETs, and the Synchronous Fixed Frequency Multiphase Synchronous Rectification (MR) mode, which provides higher power conversion efficiency and power density.The ADP1883ARMZ-0.6-R7 features a low-noise, high-efficiency switching frequency of up to 1.2 MHz, with simple loop compensation and high-frequency, low-noise outputs to reduce the cost of implementing a low-noise, low-power, high-efficiency DC/DC converter solution. It supports both voltage-mode and current-mode control for the design of fast-loop controllers.The ADP1883ARMZ-0.6-R7 provides a wide range of protection features, including over-voltage protection, under-voltage lockout, over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and soft-start to prevent inrush current.
